E. of Uxbridge takes the Oaths.

This Day Henry Earl of Uxbridge took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.

The King to be attended with the Address.

The Lord Steward acquainted the House, "That the Lords with White Staves had (according to Order) waited on His Majesty, humbly to know what Time His Majesty would please to appoint to be attended by this House, with their Address; and that His Majesty had been pleased to appoint this Day, at Two a Clock, at His Palace at St. James's."
