E. Wintoun's Trial appointed.

Ordered, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Thursday the Sixteenth Day of this Instant February be, and is hereby, appointed for the Trial of George Earl of Wintoun, at the Bar of this House, in Westm'r Hall, upon the Impeachment of High Treason exhibited against him by the House of Commons.

Kenedy & al. versus Moor and Ward.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Richard Kenedy and Mary his Wife, and Peter Lesack and Alson his Wife; complaining of an Order made in the Court of Chancery in Ireland the 17th Day of February 1712, and also of a Decree of the same Court on the 17th Day of February 1714, in a Cause wherein Oliver Moore was Plaintiff, and the Petitioners Defendants; and praying, "That the said Order and Decree may be reversed:"

It is Ordered, That the said Oliver Moore, and Elizabeth Ward Executrix of Richard Ward in the Appeal mentioned, may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on or before Wednesday the Seventh Day of March next.

Kenedy & al. versus Piggott & al.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal also of Richard Kenedy and Mary his Wife, Peter Lesack and Alson his Wife; complaining of an Order of the Court of Chancery in Ireland, made the 24th Day of November 1712, in a Cause wherein the Petitioners were Plaintiffs, and Thomas Pigott, George Monk, Luke Cassell, and others, were Defendants; and praying, "That the said Order may be reversed:"

It is Ordered, That the said Thomas Pigott, George Monk, and Luke Cassells, may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on or before Wednesday the Seventh Day of March next.

Lords to be summoned to give Judgement on the Six Lords.

Ordered, That the Lords be summoned to attend the Service of this House To-morrow, at Eleven a Clock, in their Robes, in order to their going down into Westminster Hall precisely at Twelve a Clock, to give Judgement upon the Six Lords who have pleaded guilty to the Impeachment of High Treason exhibited against them by the House of Commons.
