The Messengers sent Yesterday to the House of Commons, return Answer:
That the Commons do agree to a Conference, as desired.
King's Answer to Address.
The Lord Chancellor reported, "That the House did Yesterday present to His Majesty their humble Address;" to which His Majesty was pleased to return this Gracious Answer; (videlicet,)
"I thank you heartily for this dutiful and loyal Address: I will immediately order the most pressing Instances to be made to all Princes and States in Amity with Me, in relation to the Pretender; and shall, in every Thing, always consult the Security and Happiness of My People."

Ordered, That the Address of this House presented to His Majesty Yesterday, and His Majesty's most Gracious Answer thereunto, be forthwith printed and published.
D. Atholl's Honour, &c. to vest in his Second Son, Bill.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for vesting the Honour and Estate of John Duke of Atholl in James Murray Esquire, commonly called Lord James Murray, after the Death of the said Duke."
Ordered, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning.
Rebels speedy Trial, Bill.
The House (according to Order) was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the more easy and speedy Trial of such Persons as have levied, or shall levy, War against His Majesty."
And, after some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.
And the Earl of Clarendon reported from the said Committee, "That they had gone through the Bill, and made some Amendments thereunto; which they had directed him to report, when the House will please to receive the same."
Ordered, That the said Report be received Tomorrow Morning.
