Upon reading, the Petition and Appeal of James Hay, Clerk to His Majesty's Signet, Eldest Son now on Life of the deceased Mr. Adam Hay, Minister of the Gospel at Montqtriter; complaining of an Interlocutor of the Lords of Session in Scotland, of the 10th of February 1753; and praying, "That the same may be reversed; and that the Appellant may have such Relief as to this House in their great Wisdom shall seem meet; and that His Majesty's Advocate for Scotland may be required to, answer the said Appeal:"

Upon reading the Petition of Godfrey Meynell Esquire, Eldest Son and Heir of Littleton Pointz Meynell Esquire deceased, Hugo Meynell Esquire, an Infant of the Age of 18 Years or thereabouts, One of the Younger Sons of the said Littleton Pointz Meynell, William Fitzherbert Esquire and Mary his Wife, Daughter of the said Littleton Pointz Meynell, and Francis Tregagle, Administrator with the Will annexed of the said Littleton Pointz Meynell during the Minority of the said Hugo Meynell; praying Leave to bring in a Bill, for confirming and establishing an Agreement between the said Godfrey Meynell and Hugo Meynell, concerning the Estate of their late Father; and for making Provision for Judith Meynell, their Sister:

The Earl of Warwick reported from the Lords Committees to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for dividing, enclosing, and reducing into Severalty, the Lands in the Common Fields, Common Grounds, Pasture or Feeding Grounds, and all other the Lands lying Open, in the Parish of Quennington, in the County of Gloucester," was committed: "That they had considered the said Bill, and examined the Allegations thereof, which were found to be true; that the Parties concerned had given their Consents to the Bill, to the Satisfaction of the Committee; and that the Committee had gone through the Bill, and directed him to report the same to the House, without any Amendment."
