Gillett versus Theobalds.

E. of Sussex's Privilege.

Wild's Arrest.

The Petition of John Gillett, exhibited 5 Aprilis, against Francis Theobalds, was read; and the Answer of the said Theobalds thereunto. The said Theobalds being brought to the Bar, and Mr. Weecks the Keeper of The Gatehouse being there also, to testify the Contempt of the said Theobalds, for intending to sue an Escape against the Bailiff of Westm. for setting at Liberty Richard Wilde, Servant to the Earl of Sussex, upon the said Earl's Letter, after he had arrested him;

The House referred this Cause to the Lords Committees for Privileges, etc. and ordered the said Parties to attend their Lordships on Monday next, in the Afternoon, in the Painted Chamber.
