Book of Acts of the Church of Durham to be brought, and Mr. Smart to see it.
The House being informed, That the Book of Acts of the Dean and Chapter of Durham is found; it is Ordered, That the said Book of Acts be delivered into the Custody of the Clerk of the Parliament, in whose Presence Mr. Smart is to have Liberty to peruse the same, and to have Copies of those Things which he shall desire concerning the Business now depending in this House.

Suppressing Turkish Pirates.
Their Lordships, or any Five of them or more, are to meet on Thursday, the 25th of May 1641, at Two in the Afternoon, in the Prince's Lodgings; and the Governour of the Turkish Merchants, and some of that Company, are to have Notice of it; who shall be heard what they can say concerning this Bill.

Ordered, That the Lord Admiral and the Earl of Bristoll do move His Majesty from this House, "That a Proclamation may be issued forth, to give Notice into all Parts of this Kingdom, and publish the Bill lately passed for the pressing of Mariners for His Majesty's Navy."
