It is referred to the Committee for Privileges to consider whether those Lords who sent their Proxies the last Session are to make new Proxies this Session.
And their Lordships are to meet thereon on Thursday next (22d of January), at Two in the Afternoon, in the Painted Chamber; and the Farls of Warwicke, Westm'land, and Dover, are to search the Precederts, wherein the Clerk is to attend them.
