Eastham Poor.

Ordered, That the Cause of the Poor of the Hospital of Eastham shall be heard on Monday come Sevennight.

E. of Carnarvan's Sequestration to be taken off.

Ordered, That it be recommended from this House, to the Committee for Sequestrations, that the Sequestration of the Estate of the Earl of Carnarvan may be taken off, and his Land and Estate freed thereof; the young Earl being voluntarily come to the Parliament from Oxford.

Members added to the Assembly.

Ordered, That Mr. Robert Bayly and Mr. Samuell Rutherford shall be admitted into the Assembly, to be present there, and to debate upon Occasion.

This to be sent to the House of Commons, to desire their Consent.

Bovell, a Pass to France.

Ordered, That Wm. Bovell, a Servant of the Lord Howard, shall have a Pass, to transport himself into France.

Ordinance for preserving Records, &c.

The Ordinance for preserving Writings and Records from Plundering was read, with the Amendments, and Agreed to.

Message to the H. C. with it;

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Edward Leech and Doctor Ayliff:

To let them know, that their Lordships do agree in the Ordinance concerning Preservation of Records and Evidences, &c. with some few Amendments.

and for Two Ministers to be added to the Assembly.

2. To desire their Concurrence in an Order for admitting the Two Scotts Ministers into the Assembly.

Delinquents sent for, for cutting Wood in Endfield Chase.

Upon reading an Affidavit of John Butcher, for disobeying an Order of this House, in cutting down Wood in Engfeild Chace: It is Ordered, That Francis Warley, of Winsmore Hill, in the Parish of Edmonton, and Rob't Pitchly of the same, shall be sent for, as Delinquents, and brought before this House, to answer the same.
