Mr. Serjeant Whitfeild and Mr. Serjeant Fynch, sent with a Message to the House of Commons, return with this Answer:

That they have delivered the Two Papers received from the Scotts Commissioners; and they will take them into Consideration, and send an Answer by Messengers of their own; and they will likewise return the Original Papers.
