  • 1. Mem.- The Reduction in the Amount of Receipts for the Sale of Exports from England in the Year 1822-23 arises from the large Quantity of Woollens burnt at the Fire at Canton in November 1822, and the Loss of the Regent, with her Outward Consignment, near Manilla, in that Year.
