Wharsingers, &c. Carts to go through Palace Yard.

Ordered, That the Woodmongers and Wharfingers shall be permitted with their Carts through The Ould Pallace, until the Business be determined in this House.

Witnesses to attend against their Right to it.

Ordered, That an Order be issued forth, to command John Packer and George Manley Esquire, John Crispin and Ephraim Crispin, John White and David Walker, to attend this House To-morrow Morning, as Witnesses in Behalf of the King, concerning Carts coming through The Ould Pallace.

Propositions concerning London.

Next, was read the Propositions in Behalf of the City of London the Second Time; and Ordered to be committed to the Committee of the whole House.

And presently the House was adjourned during Pleasure into a Committee, to consider of the said Propositions.

The House was resumed.

Ordered, That the City of London shall appoint some Persons to attend their Lordships on Saturday next, by Eight of the Clock in the Morning, to give their Lordships full Satisfaction touching the First Proposition in their Articles.
