Fordham to be instituted to West Tilbury.

Ordered, That Doctor Aylett shall give Institution and Induction to Mr. Fordham, to the Parsonage of West Tylbury, in the County of Essex, presented thereunto by the Commissioners of the Great Seal of England.

L. Balmerino and Sir R. Heath.

This Day the Counsel of the Lord Balmerino was further heard; and the Original Patent brought into this House, and read, Anno 5° Jac.: And likewise the Original Agreement, under the Hands of John Lord Balmerinoth and Sir Robert Heath, was produced, and read; and also the Original Will of the Lord John Balmerinoth was produced, and the Clause was read, which makes John now the Lord Balmerinoth sole Executor to his Father.

Ordered, That it is referred to all the Judges, to consider of the Legality of the said Patent, and whether the like have been formerly granted, and how high.
