Ac of 11 Feb., appointing Army Commissioners, and Act of this Parliament making Charles Fleetwood Commander-in-Chief to be void.

Be it Enacted by the Authority of this present Parliament, That one Act of Parliament, Passed the eleventh day of February, this present year, One thousand six hundred fifty nine, Entituled, An Act appointing Commissioners for the Government of the Army: As also one other Act, Entituled, An Act constituting Charles Fleetwood Esq; Lieutenant General and Commander-in-Chief of the Forces Raised and to be Raised by Authority of Parliament within England and Scotland, Passed this present Parliament, Be henceforth Null and Void. And that all Authorities by the said Acts, or either of them given, do Cease and Determine, and be Ceased and Determined.
