Abstract

Proceedings survive from November 1636, but they do not reveal either the cause or result of Allen's complaint against Northam.

Dr Duck was counsel. There were proceedings in this cause on 8 November 1636.

This Edward Allen may have been the same Edward Allen of Sarratt, co. Hertford in [cause 1 Allen v Axtell].
