John Iles of Staines, co. Middlesex, gent v James Chapman

February - April 1637

Abstract

Proceedings survive from February-April 1637, but they do not show either the cause or result of Iles's complaint against Chapman.

Summary of proceedings

Dr Duck acted as counsel for Iles and Dr Eden for Chapman. Chapman was required to respond on 11 February 1637 and required to appear on 16 February. There were further proceedings on 29 April 1637.
