Unknown plaintiff v William Jennings of Arksey, co. York, gent

Abstract

Proceedings were under way in May 1636, but the cause and result of the complaint against Jennings remain unknown.

Summary of proceedings

Dr Duck acted as counsel. There were proceedings involving a petition from Dr Duck on 9 May 1636 before Sir Henry Marten.
