Message from Lords.
A Message from the Lords, by Serjeant Finch and
Serjeant Glanvile;
The Lords have sent down Two Bills; the One for
Ordering of the Militia in the Kingdom of England, and
Dominion of Wales; which they desire may be taken
into Consideration with all Expedition: The other for
confirming Letters Patents granted to Sir Philip Vermuyden, &c.

Resolved, upon the Question, That this Bill shall be
now read the Second time

the Amendments ordered to be fair written in Paper, and
the Provisoes ingrossed in Parchment.
