Westminster.
Hugh de Bray, the younger, acknowledges that he owes to Hugh de Bray, the elder and to William de Dale 60l.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in the county of Bedford.
William de Whatton of Stok, parson of Northbury church, diocese of Coventry and Lichfield, puts in his place Richard de Graneby, parson of Northcadebury church, to prosecute the execution of a recognisance for 30l. made to him in chancery by William de Byngham, knight.

John Talbot, knight, acknowledges that he owes to Thomas Bulnays 20 marks; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in the county of Lincoln.

John de Grey of Rotherfeld acknowledges that he owes to Thomas de Ferrar[iis], knight, 120l.; to be levied etc. in the county of York.
