Westminster.
John de Lyle, lord of Rougemond, and Robert Causton, knights, acknowledge that they owe to John de Ufford, knight, and to Richard de la Lee 1,000l.; to be levied etc. in the county of Cambridge.
Cancelled on payment, acknowledged by Richard.
Enrolment of deed testifying that whereas William Daumarle, knight, is bound to Robert de Tudenham, knight, in 60l. by a recognisance made in chancery, Robert grants that if William pay him 30l. at the feast of St. Edmund, 1361, then the recognisance shall be void. Dated, 10 October, 24 Edward III.
Memorandum that Robert came into chancery at Westminster on 10 October and acknowledged the preceding deed.

Thomas de Lucy, knight, acknowledges that he owes to John de Wynewyk, clerk, 100 marks; to be levied, in default of payment of his lands and chattels in Cumberland.

Elizabeth late the wife of Ed[mund] de Ry, knight, acknowledges that she owes to Richard de Thoresby, clerk, 10l.; to be levied etc. in the county of Lincoln.
