Indenture of defeasance of the foregoing recognisance, upon condition that Master William Byde shall not trouble John Chitterne by process in the court of Rome or elsewhere touching the possession of the prebend of Chysyngbury and Chuyt in the cathedral church of Salisbury which the said John has in right of the king, who lately recovered the presentation against Master William, nor make any process to impair the king's title, nor trouble Ralph bishop of Salisbury by reason of the said John's admission or institution thereto. Robert de Wycliff clerk and William de Selioke to Agnes late the wife of Robert de Misterton for life, with remainder to Lawrence de Misterton son of the said Robert de Misterton and to the heirs of his body, remainder to Margaret sister of Lawrence and to the heirs of her body, remainder to Sir Philip Darcy lord Menelle and to his heirs. Charter bipartite of the manor of Southorp, which the grantors had by feoffment of Robert de Misterton. Writ of supersedeas in regard to Roger de Rasyn parson of Allhallows Helmeswelle, and order by mainprise of John Wythornwyke clerk of Lincolnshire, Robert Somerton clerk of Essex, Adam Portelewe clerk of Surrey and Thomas Elsham clerk of Suffolk to set him free, if taken at suit of William Els of Misyn and Agnes his wife, his late servants, against the said parson, John Ward chaplain, John Daulyn of Helmeswelle, John Docul and Roger Wyghtman of the same for conspiracy at Helmeswelle maliciously to indict the plaintiffs for theft of 3 quarters of malt and 5 stone of wool, and false imprisonment in Lincoln prison, until they were acquitted before William de Skipwyth and William de Burgh late justices of gaol delivery.

Writ of supersedeas, by mainprise of William de Wheteleye, John Pensax of Leycestershire, William Batheleye of the city of London and Thomas Chery of Salop, in favour of John Assheby of Blakeslee, convicted by an assize of novel disseisin against him arraigned in the king's court before the justices of assize in Norhamptonshire by Henry Barneby parson of Braundeston, William Danby, John Waundelle the elder, William Higgeleye chaplain and Thomas Malcher concerning their freehold in Braundeston; as he has arraigned a jury of 24 knights to convict the jury of that assize.
