To the sheriff of Gloucestre. Order by mainprise of John Eburton, Edmund Rodbergh, John Wynchecombe and Walter Lambarde of Gloucestershire to set free William Taillour of Whydyngton, imprisoned in Gloucester prison for post disseisin of William Barnhurst and Alice his wife of three messuages, 40 acres of land and 8 acres of meadow in Whydyngton whereof he was convicted before the sheriff and the keepers of the pleas of the crown in Gloucestershire; as his complaint shews that error has crept into the record and process of his conviction and the inquisition taken thereupon.
