To the bailiffs of Canterbury. Writ of supersedeas in respect of their demand and levying of the sums of money whereat the prior and convent of Christ Church Canterbury are or hereafter shall be assessed upon their lands and rents in that city for repair of the city walls and ditches, and order to certify in chancery any cause wherefore they ought not to stay the same; as the prior and convent have undertaken to lay out those sums upon the walls and ditches towards their own manse and close, as is most convenient and reasonable, by oversight of John de Cobeham knight and Master Henry Yevele.

To Robert Rotyngdoun keeper of Westminster palace. Order by mainprise of Henry Godechepe, John Ponchon, Richard Storme, Richard Walden, John Cherche, John Heryngeye and John Groos, all of London, to set free John Knesworth imprisoned for certain misprisions and contempts, and in the said Robert's custody by commission of John de Montagu steward of the household; as the said Henry and the others have mainperned body for body and under a pain of 100l. to have him day by day before the council upon reasonable warning.

To Simon de Bureley constable of Dovorre castle. Order to deliver by indenture to Alan de Stokes the king's clerk, clerk of his wardrobe, a bale containing divers cloths of silk which the constable lately received to the king's use.
