To the treasurer and the barons of the exchequer. Writ of supersedeas omnino in respect of their demand upon John Salerne of la Rye, lately with others appointed collector in Kent of the moiety of a tenth and fifteenth last granted to the king by the commons, to account or answer for the same; as he is one of the barons of the Cinque Ports, and mayor of la Rye which is a member thereof, and is and must needs be busied with that office, and with the service of ordering and making ready the navy of the said ports for this expedition at sea by command of the king to him and other the barons addressed, wherefore the king has discharged him of the said collectorship.

Writ of supersedeas until the quinzaine of Easter next in respect of their demand against the prior of Watton to answer or account for the issues of 30 acres of land in Tranby taken into the king's hand by John Bygot late escheator in Yorkshire, the keeping and issues whereof the king committed to the prior until debate should be had in the king's court whether that land ought to pertain to the king or the prior; as the plea thereupon is yet pending without debate before the king.

Witnesses: Walter Waltres, Thomas Waltres, John Weston, John Beryman, William Howelonde, John Borbache. Dated Tettebery, Saturday before St. Andrew 10 Richard II.
John Holbroke of Tettebery to William Parker of Little Somerford, his heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of all lands etc. in Tettebery co. Gloucester and Newenton co. Wiltesir which the said William has by his feoffment. Witnesses: Walter Waltres, Thomas Waltres, John Borbache, John Weston, William Howlonde, William Sparowe. Dated Tettebery, Monday the eve of Christmas 10 Richard II.

Quitclaim with warranty of the manor and advowson of Little Grenforde otherwise called Cornhulle, of all lands called 'Esthalle,' and all lands in Harwe, Yillyng and Little Grenforde purchased by the said Thomas of John Bello Monte lord of Folkyngham and now held by him and the others above named. Receipt and acquittance for 56l. 13s. 4d. in full payment for all goods and chattels of the priory moveable and immovable, pence and other money by tale etc. which came to the said John's hands; and general release of all actions real and personal.
