To the sheriff of Cantebrigge. Writ of supersedeas, and order by mainprise of William Cumberton of Cambridge 'cordewaner' and Robert Battesforde of London, to set free Giles Flemmynge, if taken at suit of the king and Brice Poket for leaving the service of the said Brice at Bernewelle before the term agreed.

Writ of supersedeas omnino, and order by mainprise of William Denton of London 'taillour,' Roger Waumforde of London 'draper,' Walter Salesbury of London 'fisshemonger' and John Kyngeley 'skynner' to set free John Gravesende and William Gervays 'Johanservant Gravesende,' if taken in default of finding mainpernors that they shall not depart to foreign parts in order to prosecute suits to the prejudice of the king or people, nor send any man thither for the purpose.

Confirmation, during the life of Stephen Wyncle and Alice who was wife of Thomas Gerberge knight, of the manor of Thorle co. Hertford, which by assize of novel disseisin the grantee recovered against William Cursoun of Billyngforde and Thomas Cursoun of Folsham, and during the life of the said Alice of the manors of Gerberges and Gelhammes in Wodenorton, 20l. of rent in Sithynge, Thwayt, Langhale, Lodne, Mundham, Sislonde, Wodeton, Kardeston, Brook, Hales, Geyst, Geistethorp, Geistethaweyt, Wodenorton, Byntre, Twyforde, Folsham, Themylthorp, Wodedallynge, Thirmyng, Felthorp, Sperham, Foxlee and Weston and two thirds of the manor of Yaxham, which by writ of entry after disseisin of the said Robert and his father and others the grantee recovered against the said Robert, being now in his possession, and of all other lands which ever were of Thomas Gerberge.
