To William Frost escheator in Yorkshire. Order to remove the king's hand and meddle no further with a third part of the lands late of William de Aton knight in Malton, Norton, Aton, Brompton, Hotonbosshelle, Wyntryngham, Wellome and Berdilby, delivering to Anastasia late the wife of Edward de Sancto Johanne knight, one of the daughters and heirs of the said William, any issues thereof taken; as the king has learned by inquisition, taken by the escheator, that the said Edward at his death held that third part in her right of others than the king.

Order to give Thomas Moubray earl marshal and earl of Notyngham, brother and heir of John de Moubray earl of Notyngham son and heir of John de Moubray of Axiholm knight tenant in chief of the late king, seisin of his father's lands; as the said Thomas has proved his age before the escheator, and the king has taken his homage and fealty, John the son having died within age in the king's wardship. To Thomas Kemp of Wy escheator in Middlesex. Order to remove the king's hand and meddle no further with the manors of Northalle and Doune, a messuage, 140 acres of land, 12 acres of meadow, 12 acres of wood, 45s. of rent and a rent of four cocks and forty hens in Harwe, delivering to Idonea late the wife of Nicholas Brembre knight any issues thereof taken since her husband's death; as the king has learned by inquisition, before the escheator taken of his office, that at his death the said Nicholas, who forfeited to the king, held all the premises as jointly enfeoffed with her, the said manors by fine levied in the king's court by gift of John de Cobham knight and others to them for their lives, the residue by gift of William Witleseye late archbishop of Canterbury to them and the heirs of the said Nicholas' body, and that all are held of others than the king.
