Clement Spice to Richard Waldegrave, Thomas Hungerford knights, Simon de Burgh and Edmund Fitz Simond, their heirs and assigns. Quitclaim of the manor of Wenyngton, a messuage, 250 acres of land, 30 acres of pasture and 13s. 4d. of rent in the parishes of Alvythle, Reynham and Upmenstre co. Essex, which Henry Coggyshale, Robert de Teye knights, Stephen de Navysby clerk, all now deceased, and the said Clement had jointly by feoffment of John de Gyldesburgh; also of all lands, rents and services in the parish of Hieistre sometime of Gilbert de Stanford knight, and of all lands etc. in the parishes of Hiestre, Dunmawe and Berneston which John de Gildesburgh acquired of Maud who was wife of Thomas Charnels knight and Elizabeth her sister, all which the said Henry Coggeshale, Robert Teye and Stephen Navysby, Thomas Yonge deceased and the said Clement had by like feoffment; also of tenements called Gernettis and Merkys, and all other lands etc. in the towns and parish of Hiestre, Dunmawe and Berneston which were of John de Gyldesburgh. Dated Wenyngton, 20 April 11 Richard II.

Martin son and one of the heirs of John Godard of Estry and of Juliana his wife, being a citizen and cutler of London, to Richard Godard his brother, his heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of all the said Martin's purparty of all lands in Estry co. Kent which were held for life by the said Juliana, being in the said Richard's possession. Dated 2 November 12 Richard II.
