Westminster.
To the sheriff of Bukingham. Writ of supersedeas omnino, and order by mainprise of Simon Wedoun, Reynold Deuyas of Bukinghamshire, John Woderoue of Oxfordshire and Peter Bocher of Westminster to set free John Glovere of Asshyndoun, Joan his wife, John Parke, Isabel his wife, Henry Aleyn and Margery his wife, if taken at suit of John Santon of Little Kymbelle averring threats.

John de Wyndesore esquire to William Tarent clerk. Recognisance for 400l., to be levied etc. in Wiltesir and Somerset.

To the treasurer and the barons of the exchequer. Order, upon petition of John son and heir of John de Arundell knight, for preservation of his heritage and in recompense for his good and willing service, to discharge him and John Mautravers and Robert Scarclif clerk his father's executors of 355l. 11s.; as he has shewn the king that the said sum was delivered in 46 Edward III to Richard now earl of Arundell and to John the father of divers prests at the receipt of the exchequer by the hands of John Cockynge for wages of men at arms to sail on the late king's expedition to France and other foreign parts in that year, as may appear by evidences of the exchequer, and is current in demand against the said executors, for that in discharge of the earl they have made a recognisance in the exchequer to content the king thereof in discharge of the earl, and have taken an estallment thereof to the intent that they may offer for sale certain lands and rents of the petitioner's heritage whereof they are enfeoffed; and for the considerations aforesaid the king has pardoned the petitioner and the said executors that sum.
