John Umfray rector of Marnhulle in the diocese of Salisbury to Ralph bishop of Bath and Wells, John abbot of Glastonbury in the diocese of Bath and Wells, William Bonevyle knight, John Wadham, Ralph Kestevene canon of the king's free chapel at Westminster and rector of St. Botolph London, John Passeware rector of Overcompton in the diocese of Salisbury, Walter atte Wyche and Robert Perkyn and to their assigns. Charter of all his lands, rents, services, horses, oxen, kine, swine, goods and chattels etc. wheresoever and in whose hands soever they be found. Dated London, 16 October 12 Richard II.

John Fyfhyde, John Fourneux, William Waddesworth and Robert Peper citizens of London to John de Monte Acuto the younger knight, his heirs and assigns. Quitclaim of the manor of Shenlee, and of all lands etc., rents and services of freemen and neifs and all that goes with them and the reversions of all tenants in Shenlee, Rugge, Parksokene, Mymmes and Watforde cos. Hertford and Middlesex which were of John Aubrey son of Andrew Aubrey and are held by the said John de Monte Acuto and Maud his wife, sometime the wife of John Aubrey, for the said Maud's life with reversion to John Fyfhyde and the others by reason of a feoffment made by John Aubrey to them and to John Philyppot, William Halden, John Middilton, Robert Warbelton, John Ussher and Nicholas Laurence, all now deceased, and of a recovery by the said Maud made by writs of cui in vita before the justices of the Bench at Westminster, claiming to hold the premises to her and the heirs of her body by John Aubrey by demise of John Wroth the younger and others. Witnesses: William Asshe, John Magote, William Warner, John Somery, Roger Smyth, Richard Carpenter, John Clerc, Adam Smyth. Dated Shenlee, 1 December 12 Richard II.
John Fyfhyde etc. (as above) to John de Monte Acuto the younger knight, his heirs and assigns. Confirmation of his estate in the manor of Shenlee etc. (above described), whereof they have made a quitclaim to him and his heirs. Witnesses (as the last). Dated Shenlee, 4 December 12 Richard II.
John Fyfhyde etc. (as before) to John de Monte Acuto the younger knight, his heirs and assigns. (Like) quitclaim of all lands, rents, houses and services in Westhamme, Esthamme, Stratforde and Berkynge co. Essex, which were of John Aubrey, son of Andrew Aubrey citizen of London, held and recovered (as before). Dated Westhamme, 1 December 12 Richard II.
