the peace slew John Wodewarde at 'Malvernewode,' how and at
whose procurement, and who after harboured them, proceeding nevertheless against others who meddled therein; as that commission was
not delivered to the said John (sic), nor did he receive it for execution,
nor meddle in aught therein contained, as Richard Rous son of the
said Richard (sic) has made oath in chancery. |
