Westminster.
To the mayor and bailiffs of Dertemuth and the bailiffs of the tidal river (aque maritime) thereof. Order, upon petition of Sancho Martyns of Deve within the realm of Castille and Leon, attorney and proctor of John Disco of the country of the king of Navarre, to deliver up to him one and twenty tuns of olive oil unlawfully taken at sea in a barge of the king of Castille and Leon called the 'Seint Johan' contrary to the present truce by subjects of the king of the fleet of Bristol and Plymmuth and other towns of those parts, who brought the barge and oil to Dertemuth, as the said petition shews.
