To the collectors of customs and subsidies in the port of Cicestre for the time being and since the feast of St. Martin last. Order at their peril to deliver to Thomas Neville lord Furnyvall and John Pelham knight, now the king's treasurers, all moneys of the customs and subsidies arising in that port since the said feast by them now or hereafter received.
