Feb. 6.
Westminster.
Thomas Broke to Adam Ramesey. Recognisance for 20 marks to be levied etc. of his lands and chattels in Bukinghamshire.
Condition, that he shall pay 5 marks within a month of Easter next, 5 marks within a month of Michaelmas following, 5 marks within a month of Easter following, and 5 marks within a month of Michaelmas following.
Feb. 24.
Windsor.
To the prior and convent of Bernewelle. Request to take again and cancel letters patent of their house concerning a maintenance for life which Robert Gerlethorp has thereof at request of the late king, and to admit to their house Edmund Cleebury the king's serjeant, and minister to him for life such maintenance, making and delivering to him letters patent thereupon, and writing again by the bearer what they will do; as the said Robert is minded to demise his estate therein to the end the said Edmund may have it, and the king has sent him to them, willing to make provision for his maintenance.
