Oct. 22. Westminster.	To the executors of John de Ravenser clerk, late keeper of the hanaper of chancery. Order to deliver by indenture to Master William Waltham the office aforesaid, with all charters of the great and petty fee under the great seal of the late king and of the king, and all other things to that office belonging which are in their custody; as the king has granted the office to him during good behaviour, being void by death of the said John, to be exercised as by the said John in his life time, taking the fees and wages due and accustomed, and has commanded him to receive the said charters etc. and to answer to the king for them or the fees thereof.
Oct. 22. Westminster.	To Master William Waltham. Order to exercise the office of keeper of the hanaper of chancery, void (as above), as did the deceased in his life time, receiving from his executors all charters (above mentioned) with all things belonging to the office which are in their custody, and to answer to the king for the said charters or the fees thereof; as the king has granted that office to him during good behaviour, taking the fees and wages due and accustomed, and has commanded the said executors (as above).
