Walter Sibile, Thomas Neketon, John atte Welle and John Ely of Landwade to John Twyforde, cousin and heir of Nicholas Twyforde knight, and to Dru Barentyn, William Creswyk, Lawrence Kelshulle chaplain and John Luton of London, executors of the said Nicholas. Release of their suit upon a writ of error, for voidance of the judgment against the said Walter and the others in an assize of novel disseisin, whereby the said Nicholas recovered a freehold in Ixenynge co. Suffolk and damages taxed at 400l., and of all other suits by way of error in respect of that judgment, saving to them and their heirs all other suits and arbitrations whereby the premises may be recovered. Dated London, 29 November 17 Richard II.
Memorandum of acknowledgment, by the said Walter, Thomas and John atte Welle in chancery at Westminster 30 November, and by John Ely at Wardoun on Sunday the eve of the Purification before the abbot of Wardoun, by virtue of a dedimus potestatem which is on the file for this year.

Quitclaim with warranty of the manors of Maythame and 'Malmeynesmanoire' in Hoo. Dated 15 October 17 Richard II.
