Mandate to collate and assign to Donatus Okernollan, clerk, of the diocese of Derry, the deanery of Derry and the rectory of Furnage, in that diocese, value together not exceeding 20 marks, void and reserved under John XXII's constitution Excerabilis, because William Mackamayl, priest, of the said diocese, who is still in possession, obtained and held with his said rectory for a month and more the deanery, a dignity with cure. Provision to him—who has lately had papal dispensation, as the son of a priest and an unmarried woman, to be promoted to all, even holy orders, and hold a benefice even with cure—of a canonry of Derry, with reservation of a prebend thereof, and of a dignity of the same or other of the churches of the city and diocese, even if such dignity be major in the church of Derry, or principal in one of such other churches, and be elective; with dispensation to hold for life such canonry and prebend and dignity, and one other benefice with cure, even if a dignity, personatus, or office with cure (curatum), and to resign them simply or for exchange as often as he pleases and hold instead similar or dissimilar mutually compatible benefices. His illegitimacy need not be mentioned in future graces. Vite etc.
