1411. 5 Non. March. Bologna. (f. 293.)	To the bishop of Volterra, the abbot of St. Mary's without the walls, Dublin, and the prior of Louth in the diocese of Armagh. Mandate to collate and assign to Thomas Prys, archdeacon of Bangor, who, when the pope was a cardinal, was one of his domestic chaplains, the canonry and prebend of the second portion of the prebendal church of Lusk in the diocese of Dublin, value not exceeding 60 marks, which, as his recent petition contained, he accepted, though not within a month from their voidance, upon their becoming void, as they still are, by the death of Thomas Bathe (or Bache), under a provision, which had not yet been drawn up, from the present pope of a canonry of Dublin with expectation of a prebend and a dignity, personatus or office; notwithstanding that he has lately had papal provision of the said archdeaconry, value not exceeding 60 marks, of which he has not yet got possession. Upon his obtaining the said canonry and prebend, his above provision shall be null as far as regards a canonry and prebend only. Vite ac morum. (De mandato.)
