To Adam atte More escheator in Somerset. Order to remove the king's hand, and not to meddle further with a messuage, one carucate of land and 16s. of rent in Neuton Sermaville taken into the king's hand by the death of John son of William Musket, delivering to Eleanor his wife any issues thereof taken; as the king has learned by inquisition, taken by the escheator, that at his death the said John held no lands in chief in his demesne as of fee, but held the premises jointly with the said Eleanor in chief by the service of 6s. 8d. a year by gift of William Musket to them made with the king's licence; and the king has taken the fealty of Robert Kilburne who has taken the said Eleanor to wife.
