Richard Tubbynden and Henry atte Hale of Bromlegh co. Kent to John Fyge citizen and fishmonger of London and Rose his wife and to the heirs and assigns of John Fyge. Charter of demise and feoffment of four messuages, 110 acres of land, 4 acres of meadow and 4 acres of wood in the parish of Bromlegh, which the grantors had by feoffment of the said John and of Margaret sometime his wife. Witnesses: John Sibile, Thomas Withemere, Alexander Shot, Richard Jueler, John Keer. Dated Bromlegh, 18 August 19 Richard II.
Memorandum of acknowledgment at Bromlegh 15 December this year before John Colpepir, by virtue of a dedimus potestatem which is on the file for this year.
