To Thomas Rothewelle escheator in Berkshire. Order to give Aubrey de Veer now earl of Oxford seisin of the manors of Langley and Bradley; as the king has learned by inquisition, taken by the escheator, that William Wynkfelde knight at his death held the same in chief for his life by grant of Thomas de Veer late earl made with licence of the king, with reversion to the now earl as brother and heir of the said Thomas, for that he died without issue; and the king has taken his fealty, and for half a mark paid in the hanaper has respited his homage until the quinzaine of Michaelmas next.
