To the escheator in the county of Suthampton. Order to remove the king's hand and meddle no further with the manor of Nyton in the Isle of Wight, delivering to John Keynes the son any issues thereof taken; as the king has learned by inquisition, taken by the escheator, that John Keynes the elder gave that manor to the said John his son and Margery his wife, now deceased, and to the heirs of their bodies, that they were thereof seised, and John the son is yet seised, and that the manor is not held of the king.
