Westminster.
Richard Archer to the king. Recognisance for 10l., to be levied etc. in Salop. (fn. 1)
Condition, that if before Michaelmas next it shall be found and adjudged that he ought to do homage for lands of Alice who was his wife, livery whereof as tenant by the courtesy of England he shall sue out of the king's hands, he shall do such homage.

To the abbot and convent of St. Peter Gloucestre. Nomination of William Toly to receive the pension wherein by reason of the abbot's new creation they are bound to one of the king's clerks, until by them provided with a benefice. (fn. 1) By K.
Memorandum of an undertaking under a pain of 40l., made in chancery 16 December this year by Richard Quadrynge and John Wilcokson Baret, both of Stykenay, and William Waynflet and John Lowe, both of Stykforde, that they shall appear in chancery in the quinzaine of St. Hilary next, and meantime shall not fish in the sewers within the liberty of Bolyngbroke save in the common sewers wherein they did heretofore fish, and that for the consumption of their households only.
