Stephen Edwarde, son and heir of Thomas Edwarde of the parish of Sevenoke co. Kent, and Agnes wife of the said Stephen to John Grace citizen and 'tyler' of London, his heirs and assigns. Gift of a yearly quit rent of 13s. 4d. to be taken of a messuage at Readdrive in the said parish which the said Stephen and Agnes had by feoffment of the said Thomas, of two pieces of land adjacent by Bradbourne called Tamereshagh and 'Boleshastiscroft' which they had likewise, and of all other lands there which the said Stephen has by inheritance by decease of his said father, the first term of payment to be at Christmas 1415, and warranty thereof by the said Stephen; and they have paid 12d. to John Grace in name of seisin. Witnesses: Thomas Brewer, Philip Doraunt, John atte Hoke, Roger atte Wode, John Pynfowle, John James, Stephen atte Tye. Dated the parish of Sevenoke, Christmas day 1414, 2 Henry V.
