Sept. 23.
The hostbefore Rouen.
To the sheriffs of London for the time being. Order, notwithstanding the preference of 10,000l. given to the king in a parliament lately holden at Westminster, to pay to Janico Dartas 100 marks a year for life, and the arrears since 20 April 1 Henry V, on which date the king confirmed letters patent, whereby the late king gave the said Janico his esquire for life 100 marks a year of the issues of the said city.
