Robert Nyweman of Charlton co. Wiltesir 'gentilman' to John Bryd. Recognisance for 6l., to be levied etc. in Wiltesir.
Memorandum of a mainprise under a pain of 40l., made in chancery 30 November this year by William Tresham of Norhamptonshire, John Caundysshe of London 'browederer,' Henry Stone of Norhamptonshire and Roger Tyryngham of Bukinghamshire for Thomas Chaumburleyn, and of an undertaking by him under a pain of 100l., that he shall do or procure no hurt or harm to Margaret who was wife of John Pilkyngton knight or any other of the people.
Memorandum of a like mainprise, mutatis mutandis, under a pain of 40 marks, made 19 December by John Vele of Winchester 'marchant,' Walter Wyght of Kyngeston co. Surrey 'yoman,' John Wyght of Knyghtbrigge 'husbondman' and William Greves of Camberwelle co. Surrey 'taillour' for Thomas Marlebergh, and of a like undertaking by him under a pain of 40l. in regard to Meranda Deveoke etc.

Memorandum of an undertaking under a pain of 500l., made in chancery 19 December this year by James Boteller earl of Ormonde, that until the quinzaine of St. Hilary next he shall do or procure no hurt or harm to John Coryngham of Dublin 'gentilman,' John Barre, James Neville, Thomas Talbot and John Ketynge, each of Ireland 'gentilman,' or to any other of the people.
Memorandum of a mainprise under a pain of 10l., made in chancery 14 December this year by Henry Stokes of Yakesley co. Huntingdon 'yoman' and Thomas Norton of London 'drover,' to whom John Weston is committed in bail, to have him in chancery from day to day until dismissed from the court, and to deliver him to prison if he and his adversary agree not.
