John Norton of Yorkshire esquire to John archbishop of York. Recognisance for 100l., to be levied etc. in Yorkshire.
Condition, that he shall abide and keep the award of the archbishop touching all actions, plaints or matters and all trespasses between the parties moved or committed.

Memorandum of a mainprise under a pain of 40 marks, made in chancery 11 June this year by John Pygot of Hycchen co. Hertford 'gentilman,' John Watkyns of Stokehamonde co. Bukingham 'gentilman,' Edmund Brudnelle of Agmondesham co. Bukingham 'gentilman' and Hugh Benyngton of Belyngdoun co. Bedford 'gentilman' for Thomas Cheyne of Bukinghamshire esquire, and of an undertaking by him under a pain of 100 marks, that he shall do or procure no hurt or harm to any of the people.
