Henry Perpount knight, John Hauley, Robert Elande, both of Lincolnshire esquires, and John Whatton of Notynghamshire to Joan countess of Kent. Recognisance for 200 marks, to be levied etc. in the counties aforesaid.
William Philip citizen and grocer of London, to Robert Barre 'stokfisshmonger' and John Dartre grocer citizens of London, their executors and assigns. Gift, for divers sums of money for which he has given them his bond, of all his goods and chattels moveable and immovable, quick and dead, his property, merchandise, wares and all debts to him due. Dated London, 21 December 8 Henry VI.

Eleanor mother of Wymerus Preston esquire in her widowhood to John Hertwelle of Hertwelle and Henry Hertwelle of Pydyngton, their heirs and assigns. Quitclaim with warranty of the whole manor of Preston co. Norhampton, as fully as they jointly with others had the same by feoffment of Wymerus her son.
