Westminster.
John Lydyyerde of Glympton co. Oxford 'gentilman' to John Frank clerk. Recognisance for 200l., to be levied etc. in Oxfordshire. (fn. 1)
Condition, that if in an assize of novel disseisin concerning tenements in 'Staunton Seyntjohn,' arraigned before the justices of assize in Oxfordshire by Thomas de Sancto Johanne, wherein John Frank is named, he shall be acquitted of disseisin, the plaintiff, his heirs or executors, shall make no suit for execution of any damages by him recovered, and cause or procure none to be made against John Frank, his heirs or executors.
