Notyngham late of Thomas Basset, and bond to pay 40s. in name of a pain if the same shall be forty days in arrear after any term of payment, with like power to distrain for the pain. Indenture witnessing that they have made a partition (purpartiam) of all manors, lands, reversions, rents and services of John Whiton in the counties of Somerset, Wiltesir, Suthampton, Sussex and Surrey whereof after his death the said Elizabeth and Margaret were seised; namely that all those in the counties of Wiltesir, Suthampton, Sussex and Surrey were allotted to the purparty of the said Walter, and all those in Somerset to the purparty of John Sydenham.
