Westminster.
To the prior and convent of Merton. Nomination of John Everton clerk of the accounts within the household, with advice and assent of the council, to receive the pension wherein by reason of the prior's new creation they are bound to one of the king's clerks, until by them provided with a benefice. To the abbot and convent of Colcestre. Like nomination of William Lynde the king's servant, mutatis mutandis. By p.s. [2539.]

To the abbot and convent of Shirbourne co. Dorset. Order to take again their letters patent concerning a maintenance for life in that abbey which Guy Midelton has by grant of the king's father, to admit to their house William Barowe the king's serjeant, yeoman of the pantry, and minister to him such maintenance, making him letters patent under the common seal of the house with mention of what he shall take, and writing again by the bearer what they will do; as the said Guy is minded to demise his estate therein, to the intent that William Barowe may have it.

Condition, that they shall abide the award of John bishop of Bath and Wells and William Babyngton knight chosen indifferently between them and Elizabeth Stafforde lady of Audeley, touching all matters, plaints, debates and demands between them and her.
Richard Michell of Foulmer co. Cantebrigge 'gentilman' to Thomas Petyt, Thomas Canynges, Thomas Cateworth and William Bothe citizens and grocers of London, executors of William Michell citizen and grocer. General release of all actions, suits, plaints and demands real and personal by reason of their executorship or other matter whatsoever. Dated London, 17 December 1432, 11 Henry VI.
