Robert Ismelle to William Vidlu and Alice Walshot, executors of William Walshot. Recognisance for 100l., to be levied etc. in Wiltesir.
Condition, that he shall abide and perform the award of John Coventre of Devyses and Robert Chaundeller chosen on his behalf, and John Wever and John Fote on behalf of the executors, touching all actions, plaints, debates and demands to this date between him and the executors, so that the award be made before the quinzaine of Easter next.

Condition, that he shall appear in chancery in the quinzaine of St. Hilary next, bringing with him all charters, evidences and muniments in his keeping which concern certain lands in Guldeforde in dispute between him and John Fontaignes esquire.

The said Hugh to the king. Recognisance for 500l., upon condition that he shall safe keep certain goods, jewels and household utensils of John Clypsham deceased, by his will bequeathed to Alice his wife, which after her death came to the hands of the said Hugh.

John prior of St. Oswald Nostell and the convent to John de Stanley, Thomas de Stanley knights and Henry de Byrom, their heirs and assigns. Grant indented of the advowson and patronage of the parish church of Wynwyke in Makerfelde co. Lancastre, saving to the grantors and to their successors a yearly pension of 100s. from the parsons of that church, paid to them and their predecessors time out of mind. Witnesses: Thomas Sayvell knight, John Haryngton, William Scargill, Richard Barton, William Mirfelde, John Talbot, John Banastre esquires. Dated the chapter house, 3 January 12 Henry VI.
John prior of St. Oswald Nostell co. York and the convent to John de Stanley, Thomas de Stanley knights and Henry de Byrom. Confirmation indented of their estate in the advowson and patronage of the parish church of Wynwyk in Makerfelde, which they had by grant of the prior and convent to them and their heirs, subject to a pension of 100s. a year from the parson for the time being to the prior and convent and to their successors, which was heretofore paid by the parsons to them and their predecessors time out of mind. Witnesses (as the last). Dated the chapter house, 8 January 12 Henry VI.
Memorandum of acknowledgment of the foregoing writings at the said priory 8 January before James Strangways, by virtue of a dedimus potestatem which is on the chancery file for this year.
Richard Broune citizen and 'letherseller' of London to William Stokdale draper and John Osene 'letherseller,' citizens of London, their executors and assigns. Gift of all his goods and chattels moveable and immovable, quick and dead in the city of London and elsewhere within the realm; and he has put them in possession thereof by payment of 4d.
